It maintains the simple operation of just placing the target arbitrarily on the stage and pressing a button, and can capture the target with high precision, achieving 3 times the detection performance of the past. Using 20 million pixels CMOS and a new algorithm that can stably detect edges, it can complete high-precision measurements of up to 300 points in just a few seconds. In addition, the newly developed "rotation device" is used to automatically rotate targets of various sizes/shapes while maintaining them in a horizontal state, enabling 360° multi-surface measurement to be stably achieved at one time. The simple operation of just pressing the measurement button eliminates human-induced deviations in measurement values and significantly reduces measurement man-hours.
